Throughout my academic and corporate as well as consulting professional life in the past 20 years, I have been focusing on a holistic understanding of the human experience.

My aim has been identifying and integrating the keys to unlock the potential we all have in us to live more in harmony within ourselves and within our environments in an ever changing world

The result of my research, professional and personal experiences, is the Synergic Health Ecosystem (SHE) model that contains 4 Spheres and a 5th Element that brings it all together.

A holistic understanding

We are cognitive beings, most things we consume in life are coming through our physical senses and get processed in our mind, for better or worse. What we think influences how we relate, which defines what we do, and that is basically what we become. In the digital age we live in, everything seems to demand our attention and care, and we become increasingly anxious and frustrated, looking for escapism via habits that we become addicted to like social media, food, drugs, gaming etc. Therefore, we focus on identifying your thinking processes and patterns and correcting and optimizing them if necessary. Together, we weed out harmful habits that eat up your time and energy, and refocus your attention and resources to create a healthier and happier approach to your life.

S.H.E. Principles:

  • Structure creates Content(ment)
  • Don’t believe everything you think

Our bodies are highly complex and intricate systems that we increasingly become detached from as we tend to live in our heads and virtual realities of thought and fantasies. A body cut off from the mind cannot create a healthy container for a happy life. "Fantom diseases" like Metabolic Syndrome or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are on the rise, and they can be traced back to malnourishment (both under and overfeeding and stress response).

I specialize in Nutritional Consultation, where I review your eating habits in a safe and non-judgmental way, and create a structured, personalized Food Plan for you that can help you optimize your weight and relationship with food. Movement is another way to reconnect and replenish our bodies. Here, we discuss and set personal strategies to utilize the type of movement that fits your lifestyle, preference and health goals the most.

S.H.E. Principles:

  • Explore and respect your limits
  • Structure creates Content(ment)
  • Eating well is simple, but not easy

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. We are not meant to live this life alone, we are biologically wired for connection to other people, to Nature and to the Universe or Source Consciousness. Cultivating a spiritual life is a fundamental, yet still undervalued and sometimes regarded as a frowned upon source of strength and contentment in life. I teach and practice Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), different forms of Meditations, Breath work and other practices like Daily Gratitude, Journalling and Contemplative Prayer to nurture and expand our spiritual life. In some cases, where the country regulations allow, I help my clients’ Self-Discovery and Self-Development with Assisted Psychedelic Therapy. Furthermore, I am an advocate and supporter of 12 Step Programs and Fellowships.

S.H.E. Principles:

  • All for One, One for All
  • Spirit over Matter
  • Once you learn how to travel inside, outside travel will become uninteresting

Between our physical urges and various thoughts, the inner layer, the very fabric of our being are our emotions. They arise related to our inner or outer experiences, color our realities and act as indicators for our decisions and actions. We tend to seek out pleasurable emotions like joy and contentment and avoid less pleasurable emotions like sadness, anger and fear. The problem arises when we try to manipulate ourselves and others to have a more enjoyable experience and outcome of the situation, and we end up being cut off from our own emotions and from others. I help you to identify the lost connections in your life, teach you better emotional responses and regulation and safely practice a new way of feeling and expressing yourself to improve your relationship with yourself, your partner, family and your professional environment.

S.H.E. Principles:

  • Never assume, always ask
  • Watch for H.A.L.T. (being Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired)
  • Others opinion of you is none of your business

When you have a strong and healthy body, a skilled and sharp mind, a clear connection with your spirit and satisfactory emotional and social relations, what brings it all together for the life that you really want and came here to live? It’s what you do with them. Purpose, belonging and calling are things we are all looking for and try to define and redefine over our lifetime. We feel fulfilled when we are able to be useful to our environment, we have a sense of contribution, contentment and connection. Therefore, even though the components of the Synergic Healthy Ecosystem should be maintained individually, when we put SERVICE in the middle, they receive a new meaning and level of activation. For long-term health and happiness, we define what is authentically yours and how you can put it to the best use and offer this to your community and others to benefit from.

S.H.E. Principles:

  • All for One, One for All
  • If you have a problem, start helping others
  • Be the light you want to see in the world
