Personalized Nutrition Plan Package

Includes:

  • Creation of a Personalized, Abstinent* and Whole Food Based Nutritional Plan (*abstinent: sugar-free, allergen-free, anti-inflammatory diet)
  • Learning a new approach to eating and food preparation
  • Intensive support for following the Plan in the first month (Questions and answers via WhatsApp)
  • Guidelines and materials to support lifestyle changes and maintain healthy weight
  • 120 minutes of consultation (First session 60 minutes, then freely usable frame of 2 x 30 minutes) 

 

Additional services can be added beyond the Foundational  Package:

  • Consultation / modification of the Nutritional Plan and maintaining healthy weight
  • Nutritional support during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding period

 

If you're interested, the process is as follows:

  1. Fill out the New Client Questionnaire
  2. Book an appointment for the  First Consultation (50 mins)

     

  3. Payment is due within 5 days after the first consultation at the latest - you'll receive an invoice and payment details by email.
  4. Book a Follow-up Appointment within 1 month at the latest (30-60 minutes, you decide). 

     

  5. Additional 30 minutes of freely usable consultation for plan adjustments and questions - you can book this using the link in point 4.

     

  6. Consultation beyond the Foundational Package Framework (120 minutes) is charged separately (booking link in point 4).

     

Prices:

  • Personal Nutrition Foundational Package - 155 Euro (120 minutes)
  • Additional consultation fee - 20 Euro (30 minutes)
  • I offer a 15% discount on the basic package price for retirees, single parents, and teachers.
  • I offer a total of 30% discount for couples or families at the instance of min. order of 2 Food Plans.
