For thousands of years, women were conditioned to compete with each other, because they could not assert themselves on their own, but only through others (men, family) in light of limited opportunities and resources.
Identity and role were assigned to us by society, institutions, and family power systems, which we believed, adopted and passed on, despite the fact that they never really suited us.
Today, a woman has to deal with much fewer external limitations than in the past, so these old internal limitations and conditioning have become obsolete, they no longer help to prosper, but rather hinder, but it is still not easy to get rid of them.
I am grateful that I could spend a week with 9 wonderful, strong, mutually uplifting women, with whom we could rewrite our own narratives about what and how a woman can be in this world and thus contribute to our generational healing and transformation. I feel this is not only my privilege, but also my responsibility, and I am happy to do this personally and as a professional too.
A huge thanks to all of you, especially dr. Imola Kovacs and Erika Buda 🙏❤️✨
